As a specialist in governance and strategy Claire works with listed, as well as private and not for profit organisations, to enhance value. With more than 20 years of experience in capital markets and management consulting Claire has gained extensive skills in developing strategic change programmes for companies with governance, sustainability as well as business performance and funding issues.

Claire regularly mentors boards, conducts evaluations and effectiveness reviews as well as working in an advisory capacity with leadership teams to find solutions to particular challenges. She enjoys mentoring CEOs and boards as well as working with their stakeholders to effect transformational change as well as delivering learning and development programmes with Nottingham Business School.

In addition to being an active Board Governor and Trustee, Claire is studying part time for her doctoral thesis in Directors’ Behaviours.
