Growing Governance Globally

Collaboration, Honesty, Transparency and Trust

What We Do and Who We Are

We believe we are different. We don’t just talk about good governance and best practices – we live and breathe good corporate governance and effective decision-making. Global Governance Group was founded by Charlotte Valeur in 2009. Charlotte has since been joined by a bench of governance pioneers who together have realised that the governance training, board evaluation and governance consulting market was ready for something new.

Global Governance Group provides governance consultancy in a transformative way that is efficient, highly bespoke and delivers value for our clients. We are growing fast and have worked with and supported many different types and sizes of clients in different industries and regions over the years. While we continue to grow and evolve, our commitment to going above and beyond client expectations remains the same.

We are a consultancy firm that offers practical lived experiences gained as directors on boards, we improve client governance working practices and through that help drive effectiveness and sustainability.

In all our interactions we aim to be a force for good by helping to develop business leaders to be better able to address today’s most challenging problems. We live by and actively use the UN Sustainable Development Goals in our client interactions as a means to derive more sustainable and impactful outcomes for all stakeholders.

We believe in Collaboration, Honesty, Transparency and Trust – and these values form the very foundation of our DNA.
