We believe the key to building successful companies starts with a dynamic board. BoardMetrix is a GGG Ltd board evaluation tool powered by our unique algorithm to guide you in good governance.
Measure.
Every year, each director commits to spending an hour evaluating their performance, and evaluating how the board is performing overall. We look at key issues such as availability, contributions, stakeholder awareness, independence as well as important factors in operation, e.g. cyber-security.
Benchmark.
When the evaluation is completed, we produce a report which highlights the board’s performance in key areas. We benchmark the data against GGG Best Practice to produce a comprehensive picture of Governance best practice.

The resulting report acts as a health check for good governance, and provides the board with direction for the next year.

Start the process today by signing up. There is no charge for a BoardMetrix evaluation. All you need to do is share the evaluation link with your board and we do the rest.
Send survey
The system sends individualised emails with the evaluation link to each respondent, or you can choose to send the link yourself. We recommend setting a deadline for the response.
Complete evaluation
Directors can complete the evaluation at their own pace, and can save and return to the survey at any time before the deadline for completion. Responses are completely anonymous and secure. The evaluation takes 60 minutes to complete.
Receive report
Once all responses are completed, we will generate your personalised report together with your Board Performance Score. The finished report will be available for download by you alone.
